Friend received an offer of antoninianus coins, they look authentic to me but some colleagues are arguing opposite.

From what i can see by this picture they should be ok.

But what´s the use of a low resolution picture in the days of high pressure casts?

I would only buy ancient silver if i´m shure of an unlimited `sale or return´ or right of conversion. So if you trust the dealer and you know him well ...

The question is are these coins look good enough to travel couple of hundred miles to see the coins and negotiate about purchase. We requested some additional photos, and everything looks OK.
