1/2 Taler (12 Groschen), Braunschweig/Brunswick, 1624, KM29
AV: Imperial eagle with 12 in orb on breast, crown above divides date in legend, titels of Ferdinand II
RV: Rampant lion left

Die kleinere von den Medaillen ist ein Inflationsgedenkmedaille.
The little one of the medals remembers the great inflation in Germany in 1923. You can read there the prices of goods in that time (in Reichsmark not Euro ;) ).

The great one (with the eagle) has the script: Ehrenpreis des Reichspräsidenten (from the President of the Germany for honor or something like that). The scrip of the obverse I can not read, perhaps you can post it here.

The second is for the (forth) winner of a gun shooting party. (vielleicht kann jemand anderes helfen, mir fehlen alle Vokabeln wie Maschinengewehr, Wettbewerb, Kompanie etc.)
